If you have experienced one or more of these losses and you wish to move beyond the pain, this program offers you the probability of a richer and more rewarding life.

2025 Sessions will be held every Thursday at 7:00 p.m. from February 6, 2025 to March 27, 2025- virtually on Microsoft Teams.

Our Team

Our team includes The Grief Recovery Method Certified Grief Recovery Specialists and certified Grief Coaches. All facilitators are trained in trauma-informed care and each session has two faciliators.

Who is eligible to participate in the program?

Virginia Veterans, active service members, and their immediate family members (17+ years old and up) are eligible to participate.

Is there a cost to the program?

No, this Grief and Wellness Program is completely FREE to Service Members, Veterans and their family members.

When is the program held?

We meet every week on Thursday evening from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

What if I can’t attend all 8 sessions?

While we encourage full participation to get the most out of the program, we understand life happens. Please make every attempt to attend sessions.

This FREE program happens over eight weeks. We will meet ONCE a week on Thursday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m..

Sessions are virtual by ZOOM or Microsoft Teams.

Can family members attend with veterans/service members?

Yes, immediate family members ( 17+ years old and up that reside in Virginia) are encouraged to attend and participate in the program together to foster collective healing.
