Grief consists of conflicting feelings and is almost about wishing things were different, better or more.

The solution to recovering from loss is accomplished by discovering and completing all of the undelivered communications that accrue in relationships. It is almost impossible to move on without first taking a series of actions that lead to completion.

Before taking the actions to complete, it is important to look at and often dismiss some of the ideas or myths that we have tried to use with loss, but which are not working.

If the thought of your loss, no matter how insignificant you think it is, brings you hurt, pain, disappointment and unresolved waves of emotions, it is time to take your life back.

We offer 8-week Group Programs, 7-Session One-on-One Programs for Individuals and 6-Week Helping Children Deal with loss Program.

For the safety and success of all participants, commitment and attendance are critical to achieving positive results. There is a fee of $250 for the group program, which includes the course material and book, and $500 fee for One-on-One Programs.
